How much is freight shipping?
Unfortunately, freight shipping of doors is very expensive due to their large size.
Can you ship ceiling panels?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship ceiling panels as they are too large and fragile. We will occasionally list in-store only items on the home page of our website for advertisement, but you will need to come into the store to purchase and take these items home.
How do I determine the type and size of the door I need?
Please see the Door Measurement Guide link at the bottom of the home page under the Customer Service Heading. You can also call us before purchasing and we will be more than happy to assist you.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM-12:00 PM on Saturday. We are not open on Sundays.
What is the best method of contact?
Please call 864-226-5853 for immediate assistance with a product or to schedule a service. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for general website and shipping information and with product inquiries. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response via email.
Where are you located?
We are located at 1100 Hwy 28 Bypass in Anderson, South Carolina. Your GPS or online map may read this as 1100 Hwy 28 Truck. Please see the "get directions" link at the bottom of the website or call us for more assistance with directions if needed.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check in store. Online we accept credit cards and PayPal.
How do I place an order online?
Due to confusion regarding the freight shipment of doors we are currently not taking online orders. We will ship small items directly from our store, please call us with your location to request a shipping price. We will not ship doors, tubs, or skirting directly from our location.
